An independent French Broker, specialising in the acquisition of portfolios, on behalf of French owned/managed companies/individuals looking to buy and sell their portfolio, have an interesting and exciting opportunity for a bilingual (French / English) Office Administrator / Office Assistant (with the potential to progress to Office Manager), to join the team, help support the overall administration as the first point of contact for their French client base.

ROLE: BILINGUAL FRENCH / ENGLISH OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / OFFICE ASSISTANT

LOCATION: Home office. You may be living in Tonbridge, Maidstone, Chatham, Rochester, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Bromley, Bexley, Lewisham or Greenwich area. You may be searching for French Speaking Administration jobs in Kent or SE London.
SALARY: £25K- £35K pro rata basic plus benefits, pension, 20 days holiday.
HOURS: Part-time, 25-30 hours – 3-5 days a week

This is a home office, based administration role and the main point of contact between a buyer and a seller through high levels of correspondence in both French and English.

On a day-today basis your varied range of admin duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling telephone, video calls and emails in both French and English.
* Database management; creating customer files; updating and maintaining customer records.
* Making appointments for the sales team; diary management; travel arrangements.
* Drafting quotes; communicating delivery times; processing orders.
* Processing invoices; forwarding to the relevant (accounts/finance/litigation) department.
* Ad hoc administrative duties.

Fluent in French and English, you may have worked in a service sector, such as insurance, accountancy, law, banking or gained strong administrative experience in a French office environment.

You will be a positive, dynamic, confident individual with excellent administration and organisational abilities, strong French and English communication skills, a professional and courteous manner towards customers and IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Excel as well as CRM systems.
