PART TIME HR ADMINISTRATOR – 3 DAYS PER WEEK!

 

This dynamic and rapidly expanding, leading supplier of Facades and Cladding Building Solutions for the Construction industry, has a fantastic new opportunity for a self-motivated HR Administrator to deliver part-time HR administrative support – you chose the days you work!

SALARY: £25,000 – £28,000 pro rata plus many benefits, bonuses, pension, ample free parking, choose your own hours, ongoing training, realistic career prospects.

HOURS:  PART TIME 3 days per week.  During Monday to Friday…

Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with a small, friendly team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the HR functions by providing effective administration support to ensure the overall aims and objectives of the business are achieved.

 

As HR Administrator, your role will encompass a wide range of interesting a varied duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting the line managers with the recruitment and selection process.
  • Carrying out all necessary paperwork (joining/ exiting/ probationary period).
  • Sending out contracts and new starter packs.
  • Gather necessary documentation for payroll set up.
  • Updating Project Information Management (PIM) Database System.
  • Reviewing employee benefits; Healthcare/ Pension schemes.
  • Documenting risk assessments carried out.

 

As a part time HR Administrator, you will have strong office administration skills, within an HR environment, working to set guidelines.  Experience in a construction related industry would be advantageous, but not essential.  It is your ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team, as well as your positive, hardworking attitude that will all contribute towards a fun and rewarding career.

 

You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid foundation in English and mathematics, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional telephone manner, strong organisational skills as well as excellent attention to detail.

 

Your background will be in Office Administration.  Current or previous jobs may include Part Time HR Manager, Office HR Administrator, Office Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Support Administrator, Senior HR Administrator, HR Operations, HR Advisor, Office and HR Administrator, HR Co-ordinator, Learning and Development Administrator, HR Helpdesk Advisor, PA / Business Support, HR & Payroll Administrator, Human Resources Administrator, HR and Training Administrator or similar.
